Customers will receive a 75% refund if cancelled 24 hours of date and time of tour. Guests can receive a 50% refund if cancelling within 24 hours of departure. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations can be done by phone 6am-8am / 6pm-9pm AST. A tour operator may be giving tours during the day and unable to fulfill a request until times stated. Thank you for your patience! No-shows will be charged full price.
